Cambridge Folk Club supporting Julie Felix

Friday -
Cambridge Folk Club, The Golden Hind, 355 Milton Road, Cambridge, CB4 1SP

We are thrilled to be opening the show for Julie Felix at our favourite Cambridge venue, Cambridge Folk Club. Hope to see you there! :)

A major British folk music star since 1964, Julie Felix was the first solo folk performer to be signed to a major British label, was resident singer on the satirical 'Frost Report' in the 1960s, and appeared at the Isle of Wight Festival in 1969. 'Starry Eyed and Laughing -  Songs by Bob Dylan' (2005) demonstrated her continuing commitment to protest. Julie is still singing for peace and equality, and joined Brian Eno, Tony Benn and Mark Rylance in a London concert for Stop the War. "Don't attack Iran".

Entry: £12(door), £11(advance), £10(members)1
